Question

DC crashes in windows 10.

Every time I open a document with Adobe DC and scroll down a page or two, the windows error message comes up and the program crashes.  I have tried all the steps Adobe recommends: Update, run repair, turn off protected view, launch distiller, use a different user acct, and restarted the computer.  Still crashes.  Does anybody have a fix for this - Adobe doesn't seem to have one.

    Hi AlanH,

Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused to you and thanks for sharing the detailed information. As per the information shared above, it seems that you have tried almost all the relevant steps suggested.

Could you please confirm the exact version of Adobe Reader DC you are working on? Launch Reader>Help>About Acrobat Reader

The latest patch should fix this issue- Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader  if it doesn't then-

Try uninstalling the application using cleaner tool- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

And install it-  Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

    Regards,
