I have a few computer that will not open Adobe Reader DC.  The machines are windows 10.  I have reinstalled, used the clean up tool and still has issues.  If they restart the computer it will work for an hour or so, then stop working.  Any other suggestions?

    Hi Deannick,

Are you still struggling with the same issue or managed to find the resolution?

For testing, can you ask any one of the user to create a "Hidden Admin" account on Windows and try launching the Adobe Reader?

If you have managed to find the solution, then please do share your findings.

    Thanks,

    Akanchha

I have had the end user try to only open PDFs that are saved to a folder and they still have this issue.

No window anywhere.  If you close everything related to adobe from Task manager, you can open PDF again.

Adobe does not open.  If you look in task manager, you can see that is running.

What happens when you try to open it, exactly?
