Default Writing Direction in Adobe Acrobat Pro

I'm trying to edit a PDF file, whenever I add text, the text box is by default Right-to-Left and every single time I add a text box, I have to change the direction. 

 

I tried to fix that in the preferences, but it's still not working. 

 

Can anyone please help with this?

Reader can't edit PDF files. Are you using Reader, or something else? If you are using Reader, how are you adding the text, exactly? What tool are you using?
