Acrobat Reader DC  2019 .021 .20061, opening the pdf sent on outlook 2007,  not having any issues with any of the other 100 companies who send me pdf's.  the errpr message says "cannot create file. right click on the folder you want to open the file in.  click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."  thank you for your time to help.

That's a strange error message because Reader can't create PDF files anyway. Can you post a screenshot of this error message, and possibly also a sample file?

Instead of worrying about your caps or punctuation, why don't you tell us a little more about your problem.

To start, what exact version of Adobe Reader are you using? How are you trying to open the pdf files (from a browser, an email attachment...etc) and if a web browser is involved, which one? Also, what exactly is happening when you try to open the pdf (Error, nothing...etc)?

Please post the name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

Typing in ALL CAPS is considered rude.  It's the same as SHOUTING.  Please don't shout at people on public forums!

Obviously there's a problem with the PDF.  Ask the company to send you a better one.

I like punctuation, too. 🙂
