DELETING ALL ADOBE APPS & CONTENT
A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, I WROTE THIS:
- I've tried in vain to reach actual customer suppott by chat or phone. I reviewed a notice that my account was hacked in r/t the Equifax breech! I've changed password & my verification & notices/ads from adobe. I'm not sure if this is enough Should I cancel membership in both Reader & Photoshop express?I've never dealt a company that basically refuses to speak to a member online or in chat!! (Let alone a phone call!!)I'm trying to keep a close eye on my accounts as well as switching from credit monitoring to LifeLock, they notified me of this issue! Any recommendation?
- I then saw a message today that since I didn't answer, they closed my question!!! Whomever it was, didn't bother to help or call me.
- I don't know what other info Adobe wants but, I need help asap.
- Again, LifeLock notified me that adobe was hacked or was attempted to be. I don't need these programs and want them removed from my systems asap.
- PLEASE HELP!
