A COUPLE OF DAYS AGO, I  WROTE THIS:

  • 4. Re: Issue with reader
    Camsgran16Level 1
  • I've tried in vain to reach actual customer suppott by chat or phone. I reviewed a notice that my account was hacked in r/t the Equifax breech! I've changed password & my verification & notices/ads from adobe. I'm not sure if this is enough Should I cancel membership in both Reader & Photoshop express?I've never dealt a company that basically refuses to speak to a member online or in chat!! (Let alone a phone call!!)I'm trying to keep a close eye on my accounts as well as switching from credit monitoring to LifeLock,  they notified me of this issue! Any recommendation?
  • I then saw a message today that since I didn't answer, they closed my question!!! Whomever it was, didn't bother to help or call me.
  • I don't know what other info Adobe wants but, I need help asap.
  • Again, LifeLock notified me that adobe was hacked or was attempted to be. I don't need these programs and want them removed from my systems asap.
  • PLEASE HELP!

The recent Equifax breech is not connected to Adobe. Adobe did get hacked a couple of years ago but you only needed to change your password. What makes you think Adobe has been hacked recently?

As I said, I received an alert from LifeLock which if you don't know is the countrys leading financial monitoring company. They did say it came from the "Dark Web" as I'm sure you've heard of.

I just want to remove all Adobe products from my devices & need help to do that!

You can uninstall in the usual way. Depends on the device. If you would like to quote the warning we may be able to help you focus on the important parts of it.
