Adobe Premium is an add-on package (paid) that works with Acrobat Reader Mobile (free) to allow it to do some functions Acrobat can do.

This explains the free Acrobat Reader for Mobile and what purchasing Premium (for mobile) does:

Adobe Acrobat Pro (not Adobe Pro) is the full version of Acrobat and is only for desktop.
