Hello

I have an issue, finding the whey how to fix my email address.

So when I was purchasing my adobe export pdf sub I written a wrong email there.

Now I cant access the given email because it is wrong, and I don't know how to cancel it and start again.

    Hello Denesh,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you have placed the order of Adobe ExportPDF subscription on a different/wrong email address and you are not able to access the email and the services, Is that correct?

    I have checked the records with your current Adobe ID which you have used to sign-in on Adobe forums and found that the Adobe PDFPack service is inactive and canceled and there is no other active subscription on this Adobe ID.

    I will request you to contact the Adobe support team so that the order can be associated under correct Adobe ID(email) Contact Customer Care

    I have also shared the direct contact number of Adobe support via private message, please check your email inbox.

    Hello.I had to purchase one more to sort out what i had

    The adobe export pdf which i bought for [Personal info removed by Mod: Email] was missling the l from the gmail. I whould like to cancel it and that i can buy a new one for my current email
