¿ Desde donde se puede descargar adobe reader dc 64 bits para poder instalarlo en un PC sin acceso a internet ?

The full installers used to be available on Adobe's FTP site, but that's no longer the case, unfortunately... You now have to use their installer app to get it.

Reader DC needs an internet connection for installation. you can go to https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/otherversions
