Hello there, 

 

I don't understand why I can't login to my account on my desktop. It doesn't let me and always sings in with a different account. Also If I click would like to sign in with a different account.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble and the delay in response.

 

I hope you would be able to fix it by now. If the issue still exists, please logout of the application and reboot the computer once and try to re-login with the same Adobe ID and check.

 

You may try to login to www.adobe.com and try to sign in there with your Adobe ID/email and check if that works for you.
