I DIDN'T AUTHORISE WITH MY ABODE ID when downloading digital reader now I can't transfer my ebook from my computer to my reader, I just want to know how to fix this

I am not sure that I follow this, so I have some questions:

When you say "digital reader", do you mean you downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader? Can you open other PDFs with it?

Is the eBook a PDF or an EPUB or a MOBI or what format is it in, and where did you download it from?

Did you sign into this forum with your Adobe ID?
