Digital ID in profile, but no box created Adobe Acrobar Reader

Question

Hi, I have been using digital signing for a while, on the same computer, but now that th program was updated, it does not see mz digital IDs. I disabled the new version, but nothing. When I log in and look, mz digital signatures are there, listed, with options, but none of them let me to place it on the document that needs signing. I do not want to change anzthing, as I am abroad and cannot contact the gov.department that issued it. But the problem seems to be that thez are in my profile, but the program does not let me draw a rectangle. It just shows thta option of me typing my name, which is useless. The signature I have is valid until 2027. Help, anybody?

Please let us know how you are adding your signature to the document. It would be helpful if you could share the screenshot or screen recording.

Are you trying to add a signature on the fields added to the document, or are you trying to create a field to add a digital signature?
