In macOS version there is no possibility to use other language with the digital signature if it is necessary to sign a document in other language.

/Off topic: Please, add possibility to use personal certificates (e.g. like in Foxit PDF Editor for iOS).

while waiting for the selectable language solution - in macos -, one can - if permitted - create an alternate system-user account (e.g. unprivileged) having the desired language set for macos

then "share file" to sign with that user, and use  "fast user switching" feature... sign (in other language), and return the signed doc.

- I can confirm this works.

I think it would be great if Adobe developers add an option in "Configure Signature Appearance" window.

There is even a place exactly for that option (see the picture with my "updated design").  🙂

What is your issue with the language of Acrobat Reader.

For example if I use English language as my system language, then details in the digital signature are written in English. If I need to put a digital signature  on a Spanish document I have no possibility to change the language - the signature stamp will appear in English.

To change it to Spanish I can't even change the settings of Adobe Acrobat - the only option is "system language". So I had to reboot my Mac with Spanish system language just to put a signature with details in Spanish.

On Windows it is simple to change the UI language:

Press and hold the ctrl key and start Acrobat Reader.
