Digital Signature not showing on file after download

I got few different pdf forms after people put digital signature.  When I open email and use file preview in email, it was showing the signature, but after download file to desktop, signature disappear.  Is there any ways I can have the signature show up on document after download to my desktop?  I am using window 10, using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and it is up to date version.

Use View > Show/Hide > Navigation Panes > Signatures to check on signatures. It's never right to just look at the page, and it's better if it's not on the page.
