digital signature not showing up in PDF that i was given

Hi, 

I created a form using the prepare form feature and sent it out to people, and when I got it back, I couldn't see their signatures. So I have tried the fixes that have been suggested, and they aren't working. It is particularly the digital signature that isn't working, but it works when people do the traditional insert signature. So I have updated Adobe too.
