Digital Signatures using Entrust

I have a document requiring multiple digital signatures. We use Entrust. One of the people does not get the 'Certificates' icon in the menu bar when they open the document so is unable to sign. Is this an Adobe issue?

Is this about the same issue as your previous question or is this a different issue?
If it's a different issue, please check whether the Acrobat version of the person in question is up to date and whether there are any non-standard configuration items in their Acrobat Preferences. If possible, please share an example document that you could still sign but the next person couldn't.

So it's the same document, but it's it also the same next person?

That being asked, it would be great in any case if you could check the Acrobat installation of the third person(s?) and provide an example as mentioned above.
