Digitally sign a .pdf file

I need to digitally sign a .pdf file.

I have eMudhra Digital Signature Certificate. Just do not know, how to use it for signing in .pdf file.

Digitally option under under certificates is highlighted with grey. So, this option is not feasible.

How can I proceed ?
