Disable auto update Adobe Reader DC (15.023.20053)

Question

I am struggling with the auto update of Adobe.

Some programs won't work after the update so i want to disable the auto update. I have already tried defferend things :

Edit the register (Cant find the updater).

Disable auto updates in Adobe( This function is not available in Adobe

ideas anyone?
