Disable Digital ID

I'm having issues trying to fill and sign a document my bank has sent to me.  I'm running Windows 10, Adobe Reader v11.0.19.  I was able to sign my form with a signature file which I created in paint and saved as jpeg.  However since opening the form my bank has sent me it has somehow enabled the option to only fill and sign forms with a digital ID signature.  I can't find a way to revert back to my image file to sign with.

Is there something straight forward I can do to resolve this???

Is there a windows registry setting to disable this?

Hi Fenzoul,

You can disable the Digital ID by following the steps mentioned in the help document- Digital IDs in Acrobat DC

Could you confirm, in order to sign the document are you using the "Fill & Sign" or "Certificate" tool?
