Disable 'Sign in with Adobe ID' window when use 'Share file' option.

When I use the 'Share file' option in Adobe Reader DC (32-bit) 2023.008.20470, normally after entering the e-mailadres, Outlook opens so I can continue. But now I get confronted with a popup window asking me to sign in with my Adobe ID.

I never used an Adobe ID for using the Adobe Reader DC application before, so why do I have to sign in?

Can this option/prompt be disabled? More people I work with get this popup suddenly and don't know what to do, since they have never used an Adobe ID before.

I can reproduce the issue on the following Operating Systems:

- Windows 11 Pro 22H2 (OS Build 22621.3007)

- Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 (OS Build 19045.3930)
