Display Name Not Updating

Question

I recently changed my display name, however it is not updating when I create new posts.

When I check my display name in account management, it shows the updated display name of which I have updated to. There is a discrepency between the display name Ive chosen and what is shown in my posts however.

Hi Larry S..,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the delay in response.

If you are referring to a comment as a post here, please use the following steps:

- Right-click on any comment and select properties.

- Then click on the General tab and change the name.

- Then mark the box for Locked

- Click on the OK button to save the changes.

Now, try to add new comments and check if it shows the correct display name.

If you are referring to something else, please let us know where the display name is not appearing correctly.
