Display PDF in Browser no option to select

Good day

On one of the websites I am working on it does not want to open my PDF document it gives me the below error :

For security reasons your return could not be saved. Please ensure that the display PDF in broswer option is selected under the Edit-Prefrences-Internet settings in Adobe reader.

When I go to the above settings it does not give me the option of display PDF in browser only the below options are available. I am using windows 10

Please assist.
