Distribution Licence Renewal

Hi All,

I reapplied for a Adobe Reader and Flash Player distribution license last week as it expired. I have not received an email from the licensing team and my account still shows that my license has expired.

Is there something else I need to do?

Hello Helios,

I am sorry for the delayed response and inconvenience caused, it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days for the verification and all the legal process in the approval of Distribution license and you get the confirmation email after the approval.

To check the agreement status, I need certain information from your end, I have sent you a direct message with the list of information required, please check your email inbox and share the details.
