Distribution License Agreement Acknowledgement

Hi,

I have submitted Adobe Reader Distribution License agreement couple weeks ago and still not receive any acknowledgement from ADOBE.

I want to check if my submission is successfully receive by ADOBE. How can I check for it?

I nedd the confirmation as soon as possible. For your info, submitted for both mobile and desktop.
