Distribution License (company)

I'm using vb to create a program to distribute commercially to others.

I use it to open the pdf file in the program, but I want to know if I can use it if I apply for a license to distribute the reader dc.

It is also confusing what software choices should be on the distribution application form.

Please give me a prompt reply.

You cannot get a license to do this. The users must get Reader themselves.
