Do license terms for content apply to Acrobat reader DC?

Hi,

My company is considering using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. Just the offline client.

When I'm reading the terms •http://www.adobe.com/nl/legal/terms.html (Dutch), http://www.adobe.com/legal/terms.html (English), it states under 3.2 Adobe has a licence on your content in order to operate the services (licence to share, sub-licence or modify the content).

The first paragraph determines the scope of the terms to  'software'.  Does this too apply to Reader DC when using only for opening offline files?

Thank you.

3.2 is only for the online services, like Document Cloud. Adobe can't access your offline documents.
