Doc cloud files away

Hi

Plsss help doc clouds away I signed out and signed in then they´re not there anymore

    Hi ildak17906957,

    As mentioned above, I believe that you are referring to the file you saved on document cloud and now they are missing?

    If this is the case, I hope you have checked it online by logging on to https://cloud.acrobat.com/ ?

    Also, in application preferences settings is it allowed to save the files online?

    You may Launch Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>General>Select "Show online storage when saving files".

    If you are checking it online, you may try with the different web browser. And if by any chance you have deleted the files by mistake then its sad to say that there isn't any way to recover the lost files from the cloud.

    Let us know if its is any of the scenario mentioned above.

    Hi Akki_24,

    thanks for your fast reply.

    I checked above what you recommended but still doesn't work.

    While I was logged in on my Ipad Air Mini I tried to log in on my laptop (Microsoft) and there were no files on Cloud, then I logged out from laptop and logged out also from tablet and tried again on laptop: the same.

    Then I tried with Tablet: loggeg in once again and the files were dissapeared, although the files are now only on "Local" saved, I am very sure that each time on Cloud I synchronised and they were there for sure...

    The same story I had before 1 month ago and it worked out perfectly... I didn't delete the files that's all what happened...

    Please find a solution, the documents were very important and all the updated ones were on cloud....
