    Hello Danpgenea,

As per the description above, you want to access the PDf files stored on Document Cloud for the Fill&Sign feature/service in iOS device, is that correct?

You can access the PDF files stored in Document cloud through any mobile device and can use the Fill&Sign feature on the mobile device. Make sure you are logged in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader mobile app.

To download and install the Adobe Reader Mobile app use the URL Free mobile app and PDF viewer for iPad | Adobe Acrobat DC  Or download it from the App Store.

More about Adobe Fill&Sign, refer to Adobe Sign FAQs

To manage the files on Document Cloud, refer to Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud

Hope this helps, and let us know if you need more assistance.
