Document cannot print from Reader

We have one machine that is unable to print any documents from Adobe Reader, the same PDF's print fine from Acrobat DC but not reader. We have tried several prints, the same message appears "Document failed to print"

Steps taken:

Removed Adobe reader

Used Adobe DC cleanup tool

Downloaded and reinstalled new version of Reader

Remove printer driver from Print Administrator

Downloaded and installed latest printer drivers

Tried several PDF documents

None print from Reader, all print in Acrobat

Any ideas?
