Document Cloud issues from phone to laptop

I have Adobe Reader downloaded on my computer and phone (android). When I work on my phone through the document cloud, it doesn't show on my computer's copy of the document cloud pdf. I know there has to be some saving that takes place on my phone to allow me to see it (since I managed to accidentally do it once), but I'm not sure where to do that. Any help?

Yes, quite a few times. Even tried signing in again.

Did you re-open the document on the desktop computer?
