Document files moved to Adobe Cloud in Error

An Adobe Support session to fix the "Convert a pdf to Excel" program I subscribe to resulted in my files being moved to Adobe Cloud and not available when I click on "My Computer". How do I move all files, both Document and Download out of Cloud and back to storage on my Windows 10 hard drive with Microsoft Edge browser?
