My document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged. It won't open on my Samsung tablet and Lenovo laptop.

    It's just a file I downloaded from Medeo Health from my doctor

    Sorry about your data loss. 

    Do you have reliable backup files stored somewhere?

     

    With important work files, I usually keep at least 3 backup versions I can revert to if necessary. Catastrophic file corruptions don't happen very often but they do happen.
