Documents disapperead

Hello, today I tried to open a document on Acrobat Reader and big surprise, all my documents had disappeared, the files still there, but the documents that supposed to be inside just disappeared. Could someone please help me?

Do you just mean that the "recent files" list was empty, but the files were still there? Shouldn't be a big problem, just open them again if you must rebuild the list.
