Documents not opening in fullscreen

All of my pdf documents are set to open in Fullscreen, but Reader still asks if I want to allow the document to open full screen mode automatically.

This did not happen prior to the 2021.005.20058 release.

What do I need to change in the preferences to keep this from happening?
