Does AdobeArm.exe need admin rights to run?

I have many machines that I have installed Adobe Reacer DC on and I can not get them to silently auto-update.

If I leave them up long enough, I eventually see the Adobe icon in the sytem try that asks to install the update.

When I run AdobeArm.exe as admin, the program automatically updates without me having to answer any prompts.

Does AdobeArm.exe need admin rights?
