Double Byte Characters not displayed with vietnamese characters

Hello

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 18.011 and I have the problem that double byte characters of vietnmese documents cannot displayed.

The asiatic font is installed.

Other Reader can display it correct. It seems to be a problem with the font. but I have no font found which I can install and try.

Can anyone help me?

Is the file one you generate (are you a SAP integrator)? Or do you just receive the file as an end user?

Hello,

You are right. I am SAP developer and modul administrator SD.

I created the file at SAP as Invoice with SMARTFORMS.

output and display at SAP ERP using output type is correct, but the display via attachment list f.e. at VF03 is not correct. The vietnamese characters are missing.

Therefore the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with multilanguage including asia font is opened.

The appearance is the same, if I create the invoice at SAP as spool and convert the spool with RSTXPDFT2 to pdf.

The FOXit Reader can all display correct. It seems to be a problem with the font.
