    Correct answer Test Screen Name

Thank you. You can download from this page: Download Acrobat DC Continuous

Note that there are two kinds of Acrobat DC: "Classic" and "Continuous". Since you pay monthly, the one you need is "Continuous".

No you do not have a license for Acrobat Reader. Acrobat Reader is not what you paid for. You have to remember the paid software IS NOT READER.

What did you pay for? Please check the receipt so we can advise you how to download.

It's important to realise that Acrobat Reader is only free, always free. If you have a license it is for a different software. Called Acrobat Pro or Acrobat Standard or just Acrobat. Acrobat Reader does not change or become a different software, you have to download what you paid for and run it instead.

So, did you try what the message said? Is there a problem we can help you with?

ok ... I have a Licence for the Acrobat Reader DC and I am logged in the right programm ...

and wenn I try to do waht the message wants me to do there is a screen from Adobe with

"sorry, this page is unavailible" ...

so I think I am in the right programm (by the way, I write from Germany)

    but where is the fault?
