You can download the installer file of the latest version from here Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution.

However, before you install the application, run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs on your machine to remove the old version.

Then try to download and install the latest version.
