Question

Hi, and download received documents in a pdf and suddenly I cannot store as in one of my choosen files in my machine. It says load as - and noew every is blank. No place to sent for storage is gone. Regards

Thank you for reaching out.

Please confirm if you are saying that the Save as the window opens blank or the PDF opens as blank.

Share the Acrobat and OS version you are using on the machine.

If the issue is with Save as window, please try the workaround provided in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/blank-save-as-dialog-mac.html.
