Download and install adobe reader

Question

I don't speak english well. Please help me to be understand.

When Acrobat reader has began to don't work well, i have de-installed it.

Now, from the adobe site, i have begin di procedure to re-install but when it arrive to 66%, it abort and it say that adobe is already installed on my PC, but it is false.

A message tell " Repeat the download" (or similar). I tray again but is same.

I have traied to install Adobe Reader Pro (free) : same thing

The OS is Windows 7,

What can i do ?

Download and run the Adbe Reader and Acrobat cleaner tool from here: https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Install a fresh version of Reader from here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
