Download file shows unknown Publisher

When I click to run the downloaded file, there appears security warning that the publisher is unknown. See the screen shot below.

What does this means???

    Hi drbaig,

    There seems to be some issue with the file.

    Could you please run the cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  and restart your system.

    Then try to install application from here: Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    Let us know if it displays same again.
