Download for most recent version of Reader DC MUI unavailable on FTP

Hello

We are looking for the MUI download of Reader DC (exe). We saw that the MUI patches are available but the base installation is unavailable on ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/1900820071/
