Download full programme

I have two PCs, one that works ON-line, the other NEVER goes to line for security reasons.  I need to have the free Adobe Reader on both PCs but therefore need to download the full programme to move across to this PC.  The standard download doesn't work for this PC as it cannot go to line.  can you tell me where I can go to download the full programme for this PC please
