Download PDF not possible

Hello, since yesterday we can not open PDFs in browser and when we download it on our PC it has a size of only 1 Byte. What can be the reason for that?

The PDF files you're trying to access are damaged.

No, it is not damaged. The problem with the 1 Byte only exists at two collegues extern, if I try to download it, it works. What can be the reason for the problem at my collegues working extern with downloading or opening PDFs since yesterday?
