Download PDFs Issue

Hello,

I am having issues trying to download PDFs from links, like Etsy I order lots of patterns and never had a problem until now. Same thing, my doctor sent me a link to download some test results as PDF, that does not work, tells me network error, check my internet connection but I'm connected.
