The text is not legible. Post a better screenshot, please. And don't copy it into Word and then take a photo of it... Simply use Alt+PrntScrn to take a screenshot of the current window and post it here.

The error message 1311 is associated with the Windows Installer. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

 

1. Reboot your computer.

2. Install all mandatory and optional updates for your operating system.

3. Restart your computer again.

4. Use the Acrobat Cleaner tool to uninstall the Acrobat application.

5. Finally, restart your computer once more and then install Acrobat.

 

By following these steps, you should be able to address the error effectively.
