download Reader X offline

Where can I find Adobe Reader X full offline install in a .msi file?  I receive a 13042 error trying to use .exe version.  The computer is a Dell Precision T3500 running 32 bit Vista with SP2.

    That link goes directly to .exe file, it errors out every time, I am trying to find .msi for reader 10. Can find .msi for older versions no problem.
