Downloaded a PDF file online but it is missing some stuff.

As the title says, I am trying to download a PDF file from the online PDF reader. When I open it in the Adobe Reader app, the whole first page is completely blank. Scrolling down further, there are certain areas that are empty and whole pages are blank when there is clearly content shown in the web reader. How do I fix this?
