Downloaded pdfs don't automatically open

Hi. I have had a new computer installed and on my old one when I exported a report from Xero to pdf it automatically opened in Adobe Acrobat. The new computer downloads the report but then I have to catch it quick and click on the downloaded file to open it. Does anyone know what/where I have to change to get it back to where I was? I have spent hours googling and got nowhere.

What exact command are you using to convert it from "Xero" to PDF?

Thank you for replying. I found it. Xero exports reports to pdf files and my new computer wasn't opening them automatically. Finally I clicked on the exported report and set the 'automatically open with system viewer' option and it is working fine now.
