Downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader!

I just completed a chat with an Adobe Acrobat Reader person from TECH SUPPORT.  The tech person said I could download Adobe on a Window 10 PC running in Safe Mode.  The follwing answer is for anyone that needs FYI whether it is for community or individual.

ANSWER :  NO.

You have to download Adobe through the Microsoft Store,  if you are running a Windows OS in SAFE MODE!
