Downloading Adobe Reader

I trying downloading adobe reader and it won't download.  It says:  Process 10992

    If you haven't already, could you please try installing Reader from the following link?

    Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution 

    (select the Operating system, language, and version from the drop-down list and click Download now)
